Do not buy a house

We are living in a confusing time which I believe is by design. As you can see in the topic, I mean don’t buy a house for western states for the average people. That’s because the system is corrupted, big businesses have unbelievable laws cater to them that would allow them to do whatever they want to do. Lets see why you should not buy a house.

Firstly, you have never buy the house until you paid it in full. In the terms, they do still own it until you finish paying the whole mortgage. which is important to know.

business or job status is one main cause why people consider buying a house in the united states but how do you know that you are going to be able to pay the mortgage. Allah can send you one calamity and you will be stuck. Calamity can be a loss of business or jobs, natural disasters, diseases, economical collapses, loss of family members or many others. Allah said: do they not see that they are hit by a calamity or two in every year?. And off course, riba known as an interest or usury is haraam.

If you delay any monthly payment, you are charged by the time, several delays can increase the interest amount significantly. If you take long time, you actually pay the time which goes to the interest amount. Note that you are dealing with both the principal and the interest, principal is the house price while the interest is the time you take to buy. If you can not buy the house in a few years, this mean you can end up paying double of the house price toward the interest, plus the principal itself. If you have an issue paying for whatever reason, they kick you out plus you loose the money you paid toward the mortgage.

They can increase the interest rate at will, especially if you miss a payments. It’s called ARM which stands for Adjustable-Rate Mortgage. They have law allowing them to do that. One politician lady was saying, I dont know any person who can sale a product, then increse it except those banks. home sellers are usually the banks or at least being in the background.

They are not truthful at all. They give you smiley face and write difficult terms so you don't understand at all, that is meant to trap you, requiring you to sign and agree to it.
